The controller for the processing of your personal data in Soulkind is PX7 Digital.

Soulkind is privacy-first: your data lives primarily on your device and syncs to your account so you don’t lose it. There are no public profiles and no feed.
We process your data to provide the service — to give you reflections, insights and tools. The legal basis is performance of the contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent for the AI-based features (art. 6(1)(a)). As the content can be sensitive in nature, we ask for explicit consent where relevant. You can withdraw consent at any time.
When you ask Soulkind for a reflection, read a screenshot, or record a voice note, the relevant text, downscaled image, or short audio recording is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI (our processor), which runs language, vision and speech-to-text models (incl. Mistral, Meta Llama and Whisper) to generate the response. We do not retain the audio. Your data is not used to train models. AI responses are an aid to your own reflection — not facts, diagnoses or professional advice.
If you paste a screenshot of a conversation, it may contain information about another person (name, photo, message content). Only paste what is necessary. We do not store the image itself — only the text you choose to keep, and only linked to your own account. You are responsible for being allowed to share the content.
We retain your data for as long as you have an account. At any time (in the app under You) you can: download all your data, delete all data, or delete your entire Soulkind account. Deletion is permanent. Your central PX7 login is managed separately at accounts.px7.digital.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Contact us at [[email protected]]. You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk) or your local supervisory authority.
We use only one necessary cookie to keep you signed in (sk_session). We use no
marketing or tracking cookies. Our web statistics are cookie-free and contain no personally identifiable data.
We use Cloudflare (hosting, database, AI), PX7 Accounts (login) and — once payment is enabled — Stripe (payments). [Describe any transfers to third countries and safeguards, e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses.]
