1. About Soulkind

Soulkind is a private reflection tool for your dating life. It helps you gather your thoughts, understand mixed signals and notice your patterns. Soulkind is not therapy, psychological, medical or legal advice and does not replace professional help.

Soulkind is not a crisis service. If you are in danger or struggling, contact emergency services on 112, Livslinien (Denmark) on 70 201 201, or — for abuse in a close relationship — Lev Uden Vold on 1888. Outside Denmark, use your local emergency number.

2. AI content

Some features use artificial intelligence. AI responses are suggestions for your own reflection — not facts, truth or advice, and can be wrong. Decisions are always your own. Do not use Soulkind as the sole basis for important decisions.

3. Acceptable use

You may only use Soulkind for lawful, personal purposes. Only paste content you have the right to share. You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, or use it to harm others.

4. Account and data

You sign in via your PX7 login. You can download or delete your data and account at any time in the app. See our Privacy Policy for how we process information.

5. Plus subscription

Certain AI features require a paid subscription (Soulkind Plus) at €7.99 per month. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time; your access then continues until the end of the paid period, and no refund is given for a partial period. As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law. As Soulkind Plus is a digital service supplied immediately, by purchasing you expressly consent to performance beginning at once and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully provided. Payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Disclaimer

Soulkind is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the content is correct or fits your situation, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app. These terms are governed by Danish law.
